Quadrant Engineering Inc. has designed and developed an identical phased array antenna system under other Government SBIR Phase I and II Contracts. Any other source would have to obtain the knowledge and equipment, already acquired by the proposed contractor, and incur significant duplication of costs to the government, to properly build an identical phased array antenna.
