A firm fixed price contract will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Delivery is required 350 days after contract award, FOB Destination, NAVSURFWARCEN DIV., Crane, IN with inspection and acceptance at destination. FAR Part 12 procedures will not apply.
