Specialsit, (202) 366-9563 The objectives are to measure the current
status of attitudes, knowledge, and behavior of the general driving age
public, regarding drinking and driving, and to identify the nature and
extent of changes in these attitudes, knowledge, and behavior that
have occurred over the course of five biennial drinking and driving
surveys (1991 through 1997). This procurement requires the
administration of a national telephone survey to measure the attitudes
and behaviors of the general driving age public, analysis of the data
and preparation of a final report describing the findings. The survey
instrument to be used will be a revised version of that used in the
1997 survey. Prior to administration of the survey, the contractor
shall perform revisions to the questionnaire based on guidance provide
by the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR). This
effort is expected to take 16 months to complete. Requests for this
