GALVESTON ISLAND, a 110' Patrol Boat, homeported in Marianas, Guam.
Cutter will be drydock/hauled during the period of 11 May through 29
May, in Guam. Work will include; Temporary Services, Drydock/Haulout,
Pressure Wash of hull, Port and Starboard shaft and bearing renewal and
alignment check. Request for Quotation will be issued on 4 May 1998
with quotes due on 6 May 1998. For Women-Owned and Disadvantaged
Business Enterprises, The Department of Transportation (DOT) Minority,
Office of Small and Disadvantage Business Utilization has programs to
assist minority, women-owned and disadvantage enterprises to acquire
short term working capital assistance for transportation-related

(STLP) at the prime interesst rates to provide accounts receivable
