This project consists of the construction of five one-story 7,563 square feet (702.6 square meters) per building of Air Force Temporary Lodging Facilities. In addition, one service building of 1,575 square feet (146.3 square meters) will be constructed on the site. The building construction consists of a residential wood frame structure, brick veneer exterior walls, concrete slab on foundation and metal standing seam roof. Also included will be parking facilities, utilities, access drives and landscaping. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED. Estimated construction costs are between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
