The project shall include but is not limited to furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and materials to perform all operations in connection with built-up roofs, shingle/shake roofs, elastomeric roof coating, and metal roofs. The work locations are Luke AFB, AZ; Gila Bend Air Force Auxillary Field AZ; and Fort Tuthill Air Force Recreation Area, Flagstaff AZ in accordance with the bidding schedule and specifications, and with the provisions and terms of the contract. This solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The contract shall contain a basic year period plus four (4) one (1) year option periods. The magnitude of this project is between $5 Million and $10 Million. This requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis.
