Included with this project is the installation of new HVAC system, a complete fire suppression system throughout the buildings, interior finishes, lighting and electrical systems, the abatement of existing asbestos materials. Complete renovations of existing head areas. The existing Mess Hall and Galley area supporting Building 601shall remain operational. Major Evaluation Areas: The major areas of consideration for evaluation of proposals are established in the Instructions to Offerors and Basis of Award, in the RFP. The specification clauses give specific requirements to be addressed by the offeror for each of the major evaluation factors, general requirements for submitting proposals, etc. Each offeror is directed to provide each of the principal elements therein. The total of all technical factors is equal in weight to the total of all price factors. The technical factors of past performance and execution plan are equal in wright while similar project experience and small business subcontracting effort are listed in order of importance. Price will be evaluated as the total of the individual price factors.
