the second or subsequent time and this part requires engineering source
approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the
quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering
skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require
acquisition of the part from the approved sources. A Request for
Proposal will be issued to intended sources Engineered Fabrics
Corporation (56221), American Fuel Cell and Coated (05476, and Bell
Helicopter Textron, Inc. (97499) and any firm expressing an interest.
All offerors must meet pre-qualification requirements in order to be
eligible for award. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in
