The pallets are to be delivered FOB destination to various postal warehouses throughout the United States. Deliveries shall start September 1998 and end August 1999 for the basic quantity. In addition, the solicitation will provide provisions for option quantities (7,500,000)with deliveries through 2002, if exercised. First article units 5-10 pallets shall be required within 45 calendar days after contract award. The solicitation package will be available on or about May 12, 1998.
