This modification is issued to incorporate the following changes: Under DUAL FUEL REQUIREMENTS, the estimated quantity for Burner Oil #2 has been decreased from 21,206,000 U.S. Gallons (2,756,783 MMBtu) to 11,837,000 U.S. Gallons (1,538,812 MMBtu). The estimated quantity for Burner Oil #4 has been decreased from 4,540,000 U.S. Gallons (2,368,223 MMBtu) to 240,000 U.S. Gallons (33,019 MMBtu). The Burner Oil #5 (light) requirement has been deleted. Diesel Fuel, Grade Low Sulfur No. 2-D (LSS), NSN: 9140-01-413-4919, ASTM D 975 (Latest Revision), est. 1,000,000 U.S. Gallons (130,000 MMBtu) has been added to the dual fuel requirement. The estimated quantity for Direct Supply Pipeline Quality Natural Gas via limited interruptible transportation is decreased from 14,255,004 MMBtu's to 6,934,206 MMBtu's. Under FIRM FUEL REQUIREMENTS, the estimated quantity for Burner Oil #2 has been decreased from 13,542,000 U.S. Gallons (1,760,462 MMBtu) to 7,117,000 U.S. Gallons (925,211 MMBtu). This solicitation is a demonstration project for a paperless environment, therefore DESC will not provide printed copies of the solicitation.
