Metzger, Contracting Officer This proposed effort will provide twelve (12) Vehicle Mounted Infrared Cameras (VMIC) with options for additional fifty three (53) VMIC on behalf of the Program Manager for Instrumentation, Targets, and Threat Simulators (ITTS), Threat Simulator Management Office (TSMO). Raytheon Amber is the developer of the VMIC and is the only source that can satify the agency's requirements without unnecessary costs and schedule impacts. The proposed acquisition listed above is a sole source procurement to Raytheon Amber, 5657 Thornwood Drive, Coleta, CA 93117. See Notes 22 and 26. (0110)
