This modification is issued to clarify the following: In the sentence "Qualifications submitted by each firm will be reviewed and evaluated based on the following CRITERIA...", under Item No. 4, the work "Key" is hereby replaced with the word "Lead." In the sentences beginning with "A period of 14 calendar days...", and "In this stage, the entire project TEAM...", the word "A-E" in both sentences is hereby replaced with the word "shortlisted." In the sentence "The A-E Design firms will submit modified Standard Forms 254 and 255's..." the words "A-E Design firm" are hereby replaced with the word "offerors." In the sentence "Before award of the contract, the A-E...", the word "A-E" is hereby replaced with the words "selected firm." Delete in its entirety the following four (4) sentences that begin with "Consideration for this project is defined as follows..." and ends with the sentence starting with "A complete description of the proposed internal responsibilities of the components must be included in both the State I and Stage II submittals." Internal working agreements as well as entities such as Joint Ventures, Partnerships, or any other legal entity permitted to practice architecture of engineering will be allowed and must be submitted to the GSA for review within forty five (45) days of the notification of selection. A description of the proposed internal responsibilities between the Lead Design Firm and the Architectural Contract Document Production Firm must be included in the Stage II submittals.
