The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, parts, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to comply with the requirements of the Statement of Work (SOW). Work is described as performing one scheduled preventive maintenance inspection, one annual load test of each piece of equipment and respond to service calls for all equipment covered in the SOW. Anticipated performance period is 1 Oct 98 -- 30 Sep 99, plus four (4) option years. Access to restricted areas will be required. Anticipated issue date for the request for proposal is 19 May 98. Anticipated receipt date for proposals is 18 Jun 98. A site visit has been tentatively scheduled for 26 May 98 at 0900 hours. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business.
