Slana (Site Code W31XNJ) This project is a design-build contract. The completed facility will consist of a 64,000 SF, two story office/administration facility. There will also be classroom space and a 242 seat auditorium. The facility is steel frame construction. Exterior walls are a combination of insulated metal and precast concrete panels. Interior face of walls are galvanized metal studs and insulation with gypsum wall board interior finish. The roof will consist of a built-up roof on insulation over a steel deck and Standing Seam metal roof. Site work will consist of parking lots, area lighting and associated utility work. Estimated cost of work is between $5,000,000.00 to $10,000,000.00. Bidders, subcontractors and Dodge/Plan Rooms are encouraged to register on the Internet to receive one CD-ROM.
