The roads to be treated are located on Prince of Wales Island in Southeast Alaska. Prince of Wales Island is in southern Southeast Alaska and is accessible by the Alaska Marine Highway system, boat, floatplane, or helicopter. Work is to be completed no later than December 15, 1998.
