Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, MD intends to procure on a sole source basis with Tracor Aerospace, Inc. the following Signal Data Converter (SDC) Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) Programmer Systems: (1) SDC CCA Portable Programmer, P/N 185663-0001, three each; and (2) SDC Multiple CCA Programmer, P/N 185664-0001, one each. This is in support of the CH-46E, CH-53E and UH-1N type model series aircraft. Tracor is the original designer and manufacturer of these systems and is the only firm that possesses the unique technical data necessary to perform this effort. See Numbered Note 22. (0111)
