The Marine Corps System Command (MARCORSYSCOM) intends to procure approximately 4 Hydraulic Test Benchs (HTB) on a competitive basis. This procurement will be awarded as a Small Business Set-Aside under Sic Code 3599. The HTB shall be designed and constructed to facilitate the testing of hydraulic components such as motors, pumps, valve assemblies and cylinders. The HTB is intended to be used for fault diagnosis, adjustment and qualification of hydraulic components repaired at fourth echelon repair facilities.
