This is a notice of intent to negotiate with ENI Power System, 100 Highpower Road, Rochester, NY 14823 on an other than full and open competitive basis to purchase 3 each RF Power AMP p/n 5100L to calibrate high performance equipment such as high current transformers, coupler test sets and communications service monitors. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with ENI to ensure that the minimum requirements for this RF amplifier of frequency range 1.5 to 400 mhz, gain 50db nominal, class A linear power output 100 watts, and input/output impedance 50 ohms are met. Delivery is required to be FOB Destination to Naval AIr Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland within 30 days after contract award.
