The US Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) has a requirement for obtaining a source of supply for remanufactured toner cartridges. Following is a description of the remainfactured toner catridges and their quantities. Line Item 0001: HP4-EPE Remanufactured Toner Cartridge; Quantity of 175; Printer toner cartridge (92298A) with clear coated mag roller; Must have 350 grams of toner; Part no. W16498D. Line Item 0002: HP4L-EPP Remanufactured Toner Cartridge; Quantity of 500; Printer toner cartridge (92274A) with clear coated mag roller; Must have 170 grams of toner; Part no. 1471.02. Line Item 0003: HP5L-EPA Remanufactured Toner Cartridge; Quantity of 500; Printer toner cartridge with clear coated mag roller; Must have 150 grams of toner; Part no. 1416472. Due to the availability of empties for Line Item 0003, several deliveries will need to be made as empties become available. All remanufactured toner cartridges must be disassembled and all worn parts replaced with new long life after market components. Grams of toner must reflect high density of print quality which eliminates 50 percent of waste in waste hopper and leaking of toner. Vendor shall provide pickup of empty cartridges. Award will be made to the lowest overall price bid. Prospective offerors must bid on all line items or none at all.
