The International Boundary and Water Commission, United States and Mexico, United States Section, (USIBWC) has a requirement for a firm-fixed contract for precast concrete gated box culverts to replace existing Rio Grande River levee timber bridges in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The Contractor shall deliver the culverts to a location designated by the Government. The installation of the culverts will be performed by Government personnel. The concrete box culverts will be of various dimensions and must meet the requirements of ASTM C789-95a "Precast Reinforced Concrete Box Sections for Culverts, Storm Drains, and Sewers." Estimated issuance of RFQ H-14-98 is May 6, 1998. The delivery period is 60 calendar days after Notice to Proceed.
