A -- DEFINING ACCURACY GOALS FOR MEDICAL LABORATORY TESTS SOL 98S167(N) DUE 062298 POC Christine Dauer, Contract Specialist, (404) 842-6553 The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) contemplates award of a 24 month contract to complete a study entitled "Defining Accuracy Goals for Medical Laboratory Tests." The purpose of the study is to develop necessary methods that need to be used to define accuracy goals for both qualitative and quantitative tests and to use the methods developed to define accuracy goals for several groups of medical laboratory tests. Requests for a copy of the solicitation will be honored if received within 15 days of the RFP issue date, which will be on or about May 20, 1998. Requests received after that date will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis until the supply is exhausted. The date specified for receipt of proposals will be approximately 30 days after the RFP issue date. Requests for the RFP must cite the RFP Number: 98S167(N). Telephone requests will not be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. See numbered Note 26. (0111)
