NOTICE OF INTENT TO NEGOTIATE A SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER The New Brunswick Laboratory intends to negotiate a sole source purchase with Finnigan MAT, 355 River Oaks Parkway, San Jose, CA 95134, for 100 boxes of double filaments (M0000-46-765,15 filaments per box). All filaments must be made from one lot of rhenium ribbon and preferably produced in one batch, not to exceed two batches.
