Norton (Contracting Officer) at (202) 767-8094 The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to negotiate, on a sole-source basis, with Motorola Incorporated (Secure Products Service Depot), 3332 East Broadway Road -- Suite 202, Phoenix AZ 85040-2830, to provide AFPCA/SAM-OPNB, AF Pentagon, Washington DC with Secure Telephone Unit (STU) Maintenance Services (STU III, STU III/A, and STU II/B's) on an on-call basis. The Contractor shall provide storage, evaluate the systems, identify system failure, and repair/replace faulty components as necessary (to include circuit modules, non-modules within the chassis and components/subassemblies that are part of the chassis/test system), and return the STU to the sender. TEMPEST integrity must be maintained at all times. A reasonable routine 2-4 week turnaround time on all equipment shipped or carried-in for maintenance shall be provided along with a 90 day warranty on all parts and labor. The projected period of performance will be from contract award through 30 Sep 98. Authority is 10 USC 2304(c)(1). The SIC Codeassigned to this project is 4899.
