Contractor must be fully qualified to handle fabrication and installation of new railings as per drawing and specifications. A statement of qualification addressing critical elements of work may be required. Contract performance period shall be within 120 calendar days. The estimated date of issuance is May 12, l998 and closing is June 12, l998. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which, if timely received, shall be considered by the Smithsonian.
