Z -- CORROSION CONTROL OF ON-BASE POL PIPELINE AT ANDERSEN AFB, GUAM SOL F6413398R0006 DUE 061598 POC Contact TSgt Ric Leano, Buyer (671)366-6614 or Fax (671)366-3242, Sherry Wall, Contracting Officer at (671)366-2354 The work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, quipment, quality control, supervision, and support in performing all operations for the Corrosion Control of On-Base POL pipeline at Andersen AFB, Guam as follows: Grit blasting and painting approximately 7,500 lineal feet of aboveground 8 inch JP-8 transfer pipeline, including lead paint abatement, installing steel plate patches on pipeline at locations of excessive pitting, installing new pipe supports frames and foundations, and incidental related work. Repair or replace portions of existing work which have been altered during construction operations to match existing or adjoining work, as approved by the Contracting Officer. At the completion of operations, existing work shall be in a condition equal to or better than that which existed before the new work started. Provice accurate "red-line" drawings to insure correct as-built drawings. Worl also includes clean-up of premises at completion of the project. Performanc period will be 90 days for mobilization, submittals and material procurement and 150 calendar days for construction for a total of 240 calendar days. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000 to $500,000. The contract type contemplated for this requirement is Firm-Fixed price. Offers solicited on an unrestricted basis.
