requests will not be accepted. Requests for solicitation packages must
be in writing to the DEFENSE AUTOMATED PRINTING SERVICE, OAKLAND, CA
by facsimile at (510) 302-5192. There will be a $25.20 NON-REFUNDABLE
CHARGE for each set of plans and specifications. You may charge your
request to a corporate Visa Credit Card or make your Cashier's Check or
Money Order payable to the U.S. Treasury and send to: Defense Automated

Holders List (PHL), fax your request to (510) 302-5192. PHLs cannot be
faxed and will only be mailed. The project work includes the
furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment, transportation,
management and supervision necessary to provide new, and repair,
four-wire barbed wire fencing within Navy-owned portions of Dixie
Valley, Churchill County, Nevada, approximately 60 miles east of Naval
Air Station, Fallon. Fences intended to prevent uncontrolled livestock
access to Navy lands. Site is accessible by paved and gravelled roads.
However, site is remote, and all services and facilities necessary for
construction period must be provided by contractor. Contractor must
transport all necessary materials to remote site. Project includes
provide and install approximately 218,460 feet of new fencing and 20
prefabricated steel 16-foot gates and 30 constructed wire gates,
demolition of approximately 97,020 feet of existing fence, and repair
of approximately 19,000 feet of existing fence. Contractor responsible
for alignment within Navy property lines. The contract estimated
dollar range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. For
