Instrumentation: Temperature Control, with 50 program multi-segment ramp and soak capability, resume program after power outage, auto adaptive tune, all alarm audible and visual. Manual audible alarm silence feature with automatic reset when alarm condition returns to normal. Audible alarm tone is programmable from constant tone to various pulse combination and assignable to any of the alarm conditions inhibit output to load, with exception of low temperature. Communications: RS232/RS422/485 accessible at rear of unit allow complete temperature control configuration. Includes instrument cloning, program design and editing and on-line monitoring. Control Inputs: J-type thermal couple with visual and audible hight temperature (High temperature alarm inhibits controller heating output). Loop 2 temperature deviation monitor, 2 active "J" type thermocouple configured to monitor, remote points on larger blanket heaters. Excessive deviation will inhibit temperature controller heating output. This feature can be switched off when not required.
