"These films shall have uniformity distributions across six inch wafers of no greater that +/- 2% in both thickness and film composition. The films shall also have vertical film composition variation (both in boron, phosphorous, and arsenic dopants as well as germanium alloy composition) controlled to within 10% of the individually specified profiles. These profiles will be either abrupt interfaces or graded profiles. The wafers will be handled and processed in a class 100 or better clean room environment and will be shipped to the Government using standard clean room wafer vendor practices (double bagged in static free plastic coating and sealed within the clean room."
