The proposed contract will be for open-end electrical work to be accomplished by delivery orders. This contract shall include contractor quality control. Award will consist of a basic year and three option years. Each performance period will be 365 calendar days. The work will include exterior underground and overhead electrical distribution at the 15 Kilovolt, 480/277 volt, and 120/208 volt, three-phase level. Both new and repair work will be required. All high voltage (15 Kilovolt) work shall be accomplished by qualified workers. The estimated magnitude of the proposal and subsequent contract is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The cost for specifications and the proposal package will be $60.00. Make cashiers checks or certified money orders to the U.S. Treasury. Award will be made to the offeror who submits the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. (0112)
