One circuit is between Guam Tracking Station and Onizuka Air Station, CA and the other circuit is between Guam Tracking Station and Falcon Air Force Base, CO. this is a recompete of Contract no. DcA200-94-C-0007. The contract term shall be one base year with five one year options. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on approximately 18 May 1998.
