Concerns having the ability for providing residential comprehensive sanctions center facility(s) for Federal offenders. Those interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the contracting office listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability and treatment, to include furnishing of subsistence and medical and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of the facility shall be in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. Estimated total number of inmate days are 29,200 for the base period with three consecutive option years (males 70%, females 30%). Estimated RFP issue date is May 26, 1998, estimated closing date is July 27, 1998. Contract base period is two years with three one-year options to renew. A requirements contract is anticipated.
