Jones, Contracting Specialist (334) 727-0550, Ext. 4033 Furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment and supervision to provide emergency repair service, preventive maintenacne, and maintenance and repair services on Central Air Conditioning system Chillers to include an effective water treatment program. The preventive maintenance shall include but not be limited to the following: a) breaking down of chillers during off season for clean up and testing of tubes; b) conducting all required leak tests; c) checking and testing required rupture disks; d) replacing/adding refrigerant as needed; and e) repairing/replacing all pumps in Service rooms, Bldgs. 120, 90 and 92. Project statement of work will be available April 29, 1998, tentatively bid open schedule for may 21, 1998. Basic contract start June 1, 1998 with four option years.
