Agency (EPA) intends to award a firm fixed price contract using the
Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 13 to Science Service,
INTEL ISEF, 1719 N Street, NW, Washington, DC 20036, to provide support
the ISEF Science fair. Any contractor/vendor able to meet requirement
must demonstrate in writing by closing date. You may E-mail the

a combination synopsis/solicitation for these services and will be the

date will not be considered or opened.) STATEMENT OF WORK The Science
Service shall organize and conduct the annual "Intel International
Science and Engineering Fair" from May 10 through 16, 1998, in Fort
Worth, Texas. The contractor shall invite student from across the
United States and around the world. The purpose of the Fair will be to
hold a competition among science research projects at the
international level. The contractor shall follow their own usual and
customary protocols for the conduct of a science fair, evaluation of
