The Department of Veterans Affairs VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York (VISN II) is seeking qualified, responsible organizations to furnish conference facilities and hotel accommodations at various locations within VISN II's geographical boundaries of Upper New York State. These resources will be used to meet recurring needs for seminars and meetings conducted by various groups within VISN II. The requirements will vary greatly in the frequency, types, and amounts of service needed. Seminars/Meetings may vary from a five-day conference with full service accommodations (rooms, conference facilities, subsistence, and audio-visual needs) to a two-hour meeting requiring conference space only. Proposals will be solicited for the Base Year Requirement, July 1, 1998 through June 30, 1999 and two (2) subsequent yearly renewal periods: (1) July 1, 1999 through June 30, 2000, and (2) July 1, 2000 through June 30, 200. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this acquisition is 7011, Hotels and Motels and the Small Business Size Standard is $5,000,000.00.
