This project includes phase-work consisting of removing hazardous materials (lead-based paint and asbestos) from seven buildings in Acadia National Park with additives to remove hazardous materials from an additional eight buildings. Work to be coordinated with other contractors working on concurrent projects. Award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder (based on total amount of base bid and as many additives as available funding allows -- one contract award only). Quoters are strongly urged to inspect the buildings and verify quantities and conditions prior to submitting a quote. Length of contract is 480 days. Payment will be made at the contract lump sum price. The estimated contruction range of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation is issued pursuant to P.
