Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and material and perform all work associated with interior and exterior renovations to Building 623 and the demolition of Building 622, an addition from the East Side of Building 623. The interior demolition consists of non-load bearing partitions, construction of new partitions, replacement of mechanical, plumbing, electrical systems to comply with code and use requirements, and replacement of acoustical ceilings. The construction will include of two screen wall enclosures for electrical equipment and dumpsters, and landscaping improvements at Langley Air Force Base, VA. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the specifications, drawings and terms of the contract. Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. SIC is 1542. The size standard is $17,000,000. This acquisition is unrestricted. The entire solicitation will be released solely on the WEB page (paper copies will not be available).
