This project will install approximtaely 2500 lf of chilled water line, replace an air handler, install valving and controls and provide limited repairs to architectural finishes. The system extension will carry chilled water from the exisitng chilled water distribution system to two additional buildings. Demolition will include existing air handler as well as DX system. Contractor is responsible for exisitng freon disposal. The Government estimate is $250,000 -- $500,000. The SIC is 1711 -- Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning.
