This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 13.6 and the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Line Item 0001: Quantity forty-one (41) each. Polyethylene pallets with hinged, "gull-wing" hardcover and drain. For storing up to four 55-gallon drums of compatible materials in compliance with 40 CFR 264.175 (1997) for hazardous waster containment. Line Item 0002: Quantity eighteen (18) each. Steel loading ramp -- must be compatible with and adjustable to any pallets quoted under Line Item 0001 above. Delivery of all items is required 45 days after award of contract to be delivered FOB DESTINATION to: Receiving Officer, Naval Air Station -- JRB New Orleans, Environmental Dept, Code 87, 400 Russell Ave., Belle Chasse, LA 70143.
