The Crane Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center is seeking prospective sources to provide development of a 20KW coupled cavity TWT with a frequency range of 7.5 to 9.6 GHz. A one or two page specification summary sheet will be available for review and provided to interested parties. Requirements are estimated at 4-6 tubes per year. The interested companies must have microwave vacuum tube experience. The potential source must provide a budgetary estimate (closing date for submission of response is 21 May 1998) and estimated development time .
