Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to revise the authority for the intended sole-source negotiation from 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) to FAR 13.106-1(2)(b), and to incorporate by reference ARC 52.232-93 Submission of Invoices (FEB 1998) and ARC 52.239-92 Year 2000 Compliance (NOV 1997).
