The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a firm fixed price delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-96-G-0022 with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, 6900 Main Street, Stratford, CT for nonrecurring efforts for production tooling changes required to manufacture the CH-60 vertical replenishment helicopter. The supplies and services include tooling fabrication and material and logistics support which includes maintenance planning and provisioning. Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation is the sole designer and producer of the H-60 aircraft and alone possesses the knowledge, data and experienced personnel required to accomplish this effort within the time-frame required by the Fleet.
