German, (202)307-0613 The Office of Justice Programs (OJP), intends to issue on a sole source basis a purchase order to Kastle Systems, LLC, 1501 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA, 22209. Kastle Systems will repair, reinstall and re-activate keypad access controls in the agency's current security system. This purchase order will be negotiated in accordance with the authority of 41 U.S.C. 215(c)(1) -- Only one responsible source with unique capabilities. OJP is equipped with a security system provided by Kastle Systems, Inc. The building owners utilize the Kastle System to provide security for the buildings perimeter -- entrance doors, garage, etc. Installation of a new system is cost and time prohibitive and would encumber employees with additional access cards. This is not a request for quotation. Any other firm desiring consideration must submit documentation which demonstrates it technical capability to perform the requirements. See Note 22. (0113)
