Scales will be inspected at Dutch Harbor, AK and Seattle, WA. Scale inspector(s) must be associated with weights and measures agency as designated by the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), or have successfully completed training conducted by a weights and measures agency designated by NMFS. Scales to be tested must meet performance and technical requirements per 50 CFR 679. Offerors responding to this notice must indicate NMFS approval to inspect scales with requests for the solicitation. Simple requests for the solicitation will not be honored.
