The Department of Veterans Affairs VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York (VISN II) is seeking quaified, responsible JCAHO Certified organizations to provide storage, delivery, set-up, instruction-in-use, and/or pick-up of Government owned Durable Medical Equipment (DME) to the residence of VA beneficiaries . Major sites are Albany, Bath, Buffalo, Canandaigua and Syracuse, NY. Contractor to provide a secure, contained area, with approximately 2500 square feet of space within 30 mile radius of each major site for storage of Government owned DME. Proposal will be solicited for the Base Year requirements and four (4) subsequent yearly renewal periods. Solicitation package will be available o/a May 1, 1998.
