The solicitation has been reactivated under New Solicitation No. GS-03P-98-AZD-0086. Proposals are Due June 19, 1998, Point of Contact, Linda Savage-Linder, 215-656-6122. This procurement is for Safety and Environmental Management Building Assessment Surveys which examine three professional disciplines; fire protection, facility safety and health, and environmental management. The surveys will be conducted in all GSA-Controlled space for the entire Region 3 area which includes Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and South Jersey. The anticipated period of service is October 1, 1998, thru September 30, 1999 with the possibility of four (4) one-year options. This procurement is being procured under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and will be procured untilizing informal source selection procedures. Award will be made to the responsible offeror most advantageous to the Governement in the following areas (the technical evaluation factors listed are in descending order of importance): (1) Experience, (2)Past Performance, (3) Qualifications of Key Personnel and Authority of Contract Manager, and (4) Technical approach.
