(LBII) a sole source modification to existing Contract 399-0360-C-00-2356 for continued services. The Contractor performs project management services and technical services in support of the ASEAN Environmental Improvement Project (EIP) and the US-Asia Environmental Partnership Project (US-AEP), to consist of three parts: A. Project Management services -- Establish a project management office to manage activities under the technical services and technical assistance services components. B. Technical assistance and training -- assist Asian organizations to develop skills to evaluate and implement effective environmental practices and technologies, with a focus on the industrial sector. C. Technology transfer and investment promotion -- assist U.S. and Asian firms to develop trade and investment opportunities in environmental technology and services. No solicitation document exists; requests for such documents shall be considered invalid responses.
