The Department of Health and Human Services, Program Support Center has a requirement for academic medical institutions to develop and evaluate national mentoring programs(s), which foster gender equity in medicine, and promote the leadership advancement of junior faculty, women and men, into senior faculty positions. The Centers of Leadership in Academic Medicine program seeks to establish several demonstration projects to meet the above goals. The Centers will then serve as model programs to other institutions around the country. The proposed procurement is full and open. The period of performance is one (1) year with one (1) Option Year.
