The work includes the repairs to the boathouse including removing the existing asphalt roof shingles and replacing with new heavyweight asphalt roof shingles (approximately 30 squares), removing existing wood shingle siding and replacing with new heavy-duty vinyl siding that reproduces the surface texture and patterns of cedar shingles, repairing and repainting fourteen existing wood sash windows, replacing "in kind" four existing wood sash windows which are deemed beyond repair using the surviving sash as models, preparing and repainting the existing wood trim, columns, and doors, repairing and repainting existing wood shutters so they are operable, removing and replacing six existing exterior light fixtures and providing four additional exterior light fixtures, and incidental related work. Completion Time is 120 days from receipt of the Notice To Proceed. Estimated Cost of this project is between $25,000 to $100,000.
