The commercial-off-the-shelf scheduling software displays and schedules people, rooms, equipment and training courses or events. The scheduling software is capable of LAN and Internet access. It is capable of automated complex event booking, whereby default resources are tied to events and can be obligated in a single scheduling operation. It detects resource conflicts with the ability to evaluate/obligate substitute resources and does not allow double booking of resources. It is able to display schedules in different time intervals for both selected resource classes and master events schedule. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5045. This requirement will be purchased under FAR Part 12 -- Acquisition of Commercial Items.
