The following items required: PANASONIC KV-F52P ELECTRONIC FILING SYSTEM; CPU -- Motorola 68030 25MHz; DISPLAY -- ROTATABLE 8.5"x11" Virtual resoultion backlit LCD 1280 x 960; HARD DRIVE -- Internal 100 MB with Panasonic File Management, Auto index; MEMORY -- 12MB One (1) 3.5 " 720K Floppy Disk for Utilities & Etc.; KEYBOARD -- Ascii Standard Keyboard with Ten (10) Function Keys; MOUSE -- Two (2) button standard; PANASONIC LF -- 730A 5.25" Magneto external Optical Disk Drive, needed for exiting Mod Disks with other Panasonic KV-F52P system; Disks are password protected; PANASONIC KV-F5D7 Ten (10) Key Pad; PANASONIC KV-511 Plain Paper Scanner/Printer -- Scans at 40 images per minute, 80 page ADF, 32 Grayscale, Superfine, LED Printer, Plain cut sheet paper, 3.5 pages per minute print speed; TRAINING -- Up to Four (40) hours; SERVICE -- Six (6) to eight (8) hours response time during normal business hours; (Features -- Store, Retrieve, Search, Display, Print, Annotate, Copy, 3 Flexible Filing methods -- Cabinet, Box, Keyword. This must be a turnkey operation. All items must be received and in place for the unit to function. The TIMING IS VERY CRUCIAL because ADP will be ready for production, (live data), from Fort Worth to Carswell on June 15, 1998. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 7374. Delivery and acceptance is F.O.B. Destination to FMC Carswell, "J" Street, Bldg. 3000, Ft. Worth, TX 7612, POC: Kathy S. Ott, ADP Factory Manager. Panasonic Scanners needs to be delivered and operational not later than June 1, 1998 and production is scheduled for June 15, 1998. Clauses/provisions: FAR Clause 52.212-1 "Instructors to Offerors Commerical," is hereby included by reference. The following are addenda to FAR Clause 52-212-1: Paragraph (c) Period of acceptance of offers; The offeror agrees to hold prices their proposal firm for 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers. Offerors are advised that award may be made without disucssions. Award will be made to the responsible offeror(s) whose proposal is responsive to the terms of the RFP and is most advantageous to the government. FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commerical Items shall be completed and submitted with the proposal.
